Andrew picked out this hat today because it is green.  Needless to say, my heart sank (but he can still change, right?)

A rare find in our backyard...a toad! The kids had so much fun with the poor thing. I finally forced Andrew to let it go in an effort to spare its life.

This girl loves to be outside and get in the dirt. Her day basically goes like this: wake up, eat breakfast, play in the dirt, eat lunch, nap, play in the dirt, eat dinner, play in the dirt, bed. That about sums up her day. I just look at her and wonder what her future holds. She is just so much fun!

Andrew's first day of school

Andrew is starting 'three school' today! We enrolled him at a local church for just two mornings a week. Since he tends to be kind of a homebody and loves to spend time with Mom and Dad, we thought this would be a good way to help him adjust to school. I think he was a little nervous knowing that I was going to leave him, but when the time came to drop him off he didn't seem upset at all. Good boy! (Can you guess what's on his backpack?  Disney Cars of course, thanks to Auntie Sara :)
