Almost Christmas

Can you believe this cutie is 10 months old? She is 21 lbs of chunk and is following in the footsteps of her siblings by weighing and measuring in the 90%. I love every bit of her!

Andrew made a gingerbread house with his 3rd grade buddy at school.  He was so proud.
Keeping up the tradition of looking at the trains set up at Breton Village
Andrew was angry at me and this was his way of showing it :)
Making brownies...can you tell?

Celebrating Christmas with the VanderKamp cousins.
Checking her email...starting early

November's end

Evelyn loves to stand against things and is just starting to cruise. No sign of crawling or walking yet.
Andrew telling his Dad about his day
Sylvia trying on winter gear
Evelyn all smiles on Thanksgiving Day
Ryan taking the kids out on the first snow of the season
Sylvia's first drawing of our family.  Apparently we all just saw a monster and that is why we look scared.
Evelyn just loves her jumper.  She has a unique way of jumping that we call the jump, jump, swing:  2 jumps forward and then swing back.  She does this over and over!
Trying out her first riding vehicle
Andrew just loves crafts.  This is how he spends most of his day, making his own creations.
I just love that scrunchy smile :)

Trying my best to get a picture with all three kids.  This one is the best :/

Bath Time!

Sorry it's been so long since we've posted videos, but now that we've joined the 21st century, here's a cute video of Evelyn just out of the bath:

shoes, Halloween, and leaves

Sylvia just cracks me up. She is really in to building these days and it really doesn't matter what the material...magnets, blocks, shoes. Here is one of her shoe creations. She is so proud!
Halloween:  we have a music man and a young lady working in the pit crew for Lightning McQueen
LEAVES!  We have plenty :)

Fall

Ryan, being a good Dad, decided to carve a pumpkin with the kids. Unfortunately the kids were not too interested and rather grossed out by the pumpkin 'guts.' So I quick took a picture and put the kids to bed while Ryan finished his project :)
Fuzz head!
We don't feed her enough so Evelyn resorts to eating leaves and sticks
My big helper, Sylvia
And she helped me cut back a few plants
I think she looks like an angel
Not a good picture but if you look close you can see her two bottom teeth
She is happiest outside
Her newest accomplishment is being able to sit up in the highchair and feed herself.  She loves it and it makes my life so much easier!

October 2015

Evelyn is a constant reminder of how babies change and grow so quickly. She is at an age that I just love! She is sitting up, scooting, wanting to eat what we eat, talk/babble all the time, and two teeth have emerged from her bottom gums. She is just a happy baby. Who would have thought? Guessing what she wants/needs is not too difficult at this point. She wants attention, wants to eat, or wants to sleep. We are just enjoying her stage in life knowing that she will be our last baby.

Scooting backwards until she is stuck under the couch

Every time I need to post at least one picture of my silly Sylvia
Can you guess what she was doing?  Perhaps smelling the scented markers?

Oh Andrew...
Running at his annual school fundraiser.  I just love to see the joy on his face!
Grandparents Day!  How lucky is he that all four Grandparents were able to come!
